Summer Prosecco Cocktails that Shine
In our slightly biased opinion, Prosecco is the perfect pour year-round, but summer is uniquely suited for its crisp, vibrant, bright effervescence. Toast to the season of renewal with these refreshing Prosecco cocktails that shine the best light on your seasonal celebrations!
Tuscan Golden Hour
3 ounces La Marca Prosecco
2 ounces grapefruit soda
1 ounce Italicus liqueur (bergamot liqueur)
Grapefruit wedge and edible flower for garnish
Add Italicus to a Spritz glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit soda and La Marca Prosecco. Stir to chill and combine the ingredients. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge, edible flower, and/or green grapes.
Basil Berry Fizz
1 ounce gin
½ ounce strawberry syrup
½ ounce lemon juice
5 basil leaves
Topped with La Marca Prosecco
Add all ingredients to a shaker except La Marca, shake then strain into coupe glass & top with La Marca. Garnish with a strawberry slice and blueberries.
Lemon Berry Spritz
1 ounce Gin
1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
3/4 ounce Blueberry Syrup
3 to 4 ounces of La Marca Prosecco
Lemon Twist, Edible Flower and Blueberries to Garnish
Add gin, lemon juice and blueberry syrup to a shaker. Shake then strain over ice into serving glass. Top with La Marca Prosecco. Garnish and celebrate.
